The
Me card in Windows Phone 7 shows all of your recent status updates, as
well as messages and pictures posted to Windows Live or your Facebook
Wall. The Me card is handy if you forget what you said or want to see if
somebody responded to you with a comment. The Me card also makes it
easy to change your profile picture or status across multiple networks
simultaneously.
1. Update Your Status
On the Start screen, tap Me.
Tap the status area to the right of your profile picture.
Tap the text box, and type a message.
Select the social network you want to update by tapping a check box.
Tap Post.
Tip:
To see the most current postings in Me, tap and hold the screen, and then tap Refresh.
2. Update Your Profile Picture
On the Start screen, tap Me.
Tap your current profile picture.
Do one of the following:
In Pictures, browse to the picture you want to use, adjust if necessary, and then tap Crop.
Tap Camera to take a picture of yourself, and then tap Accept.
Select the social networks you want to update by tapping a check box.
Tap Post.
